Musser Carpentry is a joy to work with. Daniel was always respectful of our property and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Daniel is very precise and his work is high quality. Daniel is fairly priced and as the jobs progressed, if there was unforeseen expenses he would review the issue and provide an estimate. I was exceptionally impressed at how Daniel remained professional and calm when experiencing an unexpected visit from wildlife while on the job. We were so impressed with Musser Carpentry after redoing drywall, re-building a half wall, and replacing interior doors that we hired them a second time to replace the remaining interior doors and a screen door. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire Musser Carpentry.

Musser Carpentry has been my main contractor for several home improvement projects at my home in Lancaster Township since 2006. Neal, Joe, and now, Daniel, the third generation, deliver expert carpentry and building skills. A sampling of the work done for me includes…enclosing a screened-in porch, installing skylights, shoring up deck footings, rerouting spouting, installing engineered hardwood floors, carpeting stairs, and more. I can say without fear of contradiction that Musser Carpentry delivers on the promise of “exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail”.
We had several jobs over the years by Musser Carpentry and we are pleased with each one. The first job was a kitchen renovation that required Daniel Musser to remove several load bearing walls. This required engineering and careful execution. We were very pleased with the outcome. The other job was adding a 3rd garage bay on our home. Again he did a great job. He saved many bricks and the original windows so everything matched on the new garage. Again we are very happy and pleased with his work.

We contacted Musser Carpentry to fix the exterior trim on our garage doors that rotted and in need of replacement. Daniel Musser provided us with a few choices of replacement materials and their durability. We made our choice and set a date amicable to each of us for the work to be done. Daniel arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Daniels workmanship is excellent. The decorative angles of the trim pieces are clean and fit together perfectly-no gaps. He cleaned up the work area and took all the old debris with him. We are very pleased with the work performed by Daniel Musser and recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy, competent Carpenter.

Daniel is polite, very skilled, punctual, neat and intelligent. The project was complex and he recommended an engineer for validation of his approach and compliance with Township code. The load bearing beam was installed without any cracking on interior or exterior walls and created more needed useable width in our garage. He also previously did the carpentry in our kitchen renovation. We highly recommend him.

Daniel constructed and installed 2 railings in our home. These weren’t just basic railings just attached to the walls. He customized them by turning them back into the wall so they look like they’ve been there forever. He’s obviously a skilled carpenter. They look great and are sturdy and stable. Even though it was a very small job, Daniel obviously cared about doing it right. So thankful for the great work and would definitely hire him again.
This spring Daniel and his crew supported CCK in a kitchen remodel at our home that involved wall removal, reframing, drywall installation and finishing, new door installation, reconfiguring an existing door, and trim/finish work. Daniel and his crew was very courteous, efficient and Daniels attention to detail and cleanliness during remodel was outstanding. He provided valuable assistance and flexibility in a minor change in our plans.
