About Our Company

We are a family business located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Started by Neal Musser in 1995 after a career managing construction at H.W. Nauman & Son, he ran the business solo for 14 years, enlisting the service of his son Joe one day per week for many years.

Joe joined as a 50% partner in 2009, forming the founding date of their new business, Musser Carpentry. Joe’s son Daniel joined as an equal partner in 2013. Neal retired in 2017, but he still makes an appearance every now and again! Daniel’s sister Jane is also on the team part-time, joining in 2024.
